We recommend all clients with urgent support issues to call our helpdesk for immediate support. To help ensure we can respond as fast as possible we encourage clients to leave a message on our voicemail system. By doing this it reduces the time you have to wait on the line for a Software Support Specialist and also gives us the ability to respond quickly and prioritize all incoming calls.
Phone Support is a free service if you are a subscriber to our Annual Maintenance Service. We always encourage subscribers to give us a call whenever they are having issues with our Dental Practice Management Software.
Regular Support Hours
Regular Support hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
Emergency Support Hours
Emergency Support Hours are Monday-Friday 5:00pm - 9:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Email support is available 24-7. Response times are usually within 30 minutes but depending on call and email volume we guarentee you will get a response within the same business day.
If you are a subscriber of our Annual Mantenance Service email support is free of charge. Non-Subscribers are subject to regular support billing.*NOTE* Emails received after regular office hours can expect responses during the next business day.
